    Our process is unique and different from many of our competitors. Since they use high-pressure on homes, also known as "pressure" washing, they can use anywhere from 3,000 PSI (pounds per square inch) to 5,000 PSI. That amount of pressure exerted on a house can chip or crack paint, inevitably destroying the exterior of your home. We however, do not. We use a low-pressure chemical process that is more effective.

    First, we apply a coat of cleaning agents to the exterior of your home to kill the mold, algae, and even break up the excess dirt you may have. We then do a complete rinse of the section with water only, which will remove the previous cleaning agents and cleans off any dirt that still remains. This process will give you a cleaner, brighter, more sustainable home. If you think that your house is dull and needs a paint job, call us first.
